All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this website are the property of C King Designs, unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Design Rights & Usage
Clients receive the right to use the designs purchased from C King Designs for their intended purposes. However, unless explicitly agreed upon, C King Designs retains ownership of the original design files and concepts.

3. Logo & File Requirements
For designs that require a company logo to be included, clients must provide the logo in AI, PSD, or PNG format. If the logo is not available in the requested formats, a high-quality PNG may be supplied instead.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit of the total amount must be paid in full before design work begins.
• Once the design is completed and the client is satisfied, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the final designs are sent.
• Once the deposit has been paid and the designer has started working on the project, no refunds will be issued.

5. Design Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient design process, the following steps are followed:

1. The client supplies text in WORD format.
2. The client shares ideas, concepts, styles, and color preferences.
3. The designer communicates with the client throughout the process and provides a rough digital draft.
4. The client selects one design to move forward with.
5. The designer finalizes the chosen design.
6. The finalized design is supplied in the required formats.

6. Revision & Changes Policy
The outlined design process ensures client satisfaction. However, if a client is unhappy with the final design and requests additional changes, a revision fee of R20.00 per hour will apply for extra time spent making changes.

7. Printing Disclaimer
We provide print-ready files for certain designs, but C King Designs is not responsible for printing quality, errors, or delays caused by third-party printing services. Clients should review proofs carefully before printing.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
By using our website and services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal information in accordance with the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Limitation of Liability
C King Designs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our design services.
